Why give? Your financial support will equip the next generation of Christian leaders with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual depth to make a difference in the world.
The Seminary Fund
The Seminary Fund: Western’s backbone of support
Your gift to the Seminary Fund makes a direct impact on our students by helping us meet our operating needs without passing those costs along to students in the form of tuition. Through your generosity, students will be able to enter ministry prepared to be pastors, teachers and counselors without carrying an overwhelming burden of student loan debt.
Did You Know?
- It costs Western more than $30,000 per year to educate each M.Div. student
- Annual tuition for an in-residence M.Div. student is $14,935
- The difference between Western’s actual cost and tuition comes from donations from people like you!
Planned Giving

Planned giving allows you to give a significant donation to Western Theological Seminary without jeopardizing your current or future obligations. Often, there are significant tax advantages to planned giving and planned gifts can be arranged to produce an income to you for life. There are many ways to give a planned gift.
